We are currently running two Screen Inkjet lv350UV presses alongside our flexographic press. This has made us one of the only label manufacturers in the UK offering high quality digital labels and UV flexographic labels under one roof.
These digital presses are state-of-the-art technology allowing us to print a wide colour gamut in rich, vibrant colours with excellent light fastness. The end results are labels with excellent clarity, punchy solid colours that will stay looking good for longer.
We use Mark Andy flexographic equipment here at Limpet Labels, giving us the capability of producing labels in upto 7 colours. Whereas the digital machines are limited to producing all colours in CMYK (four colour process), the flexo machines can be used to produce exact Pantone™ colours for ultra-critical colour work. The flexo presses are also much faster than even the fastest digital presses meaning they are ideally suited to long runs of labels, giving you excellent value for money.
