Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the delivery date due to circumstance beyond our control e.g. carriers not delivering on time, power cuts etc. As a company we aim to dispatch labels one day before the delivery date in order to deliver them on time.

At our site we have a well-equipped and experienced reprographic department that processes all of our customer’s artwork. All of our reprographic team are equipped with the latest Apple Macintosh computers as well as industry standard software and output devices.
We have a large selection of paper and teslin (synthetic) A4 labels available in many different formats from 1 to 18 labels per page, suitable for almost any office A4 laser printer. Laser sheet labels are an easy and cost-effective way to print your own information.
We manufacture labels for outdoor use; laminate or varnish is applied as a protective layer. We produce outdoor labels for Councils and chemicals companies across the UK.

- Cloths used for the press cleaning are cleaned and sent back to be used again.
- We recycle all cardboard that is collected on a regular basis.

We have more than 2,500 cutters in stock in different shapes and sizes. We can advise you at the quotation stage, which stock cutters we have available or what it would cost to have one made to your exact specifications.
We will always advise you prior to any work being carried out, if there will be a charge for artwork. Where possible, if there are small changes to artwork required or minor fixes, we will not charge.
Where more work is involved or there are a large number of designs, we will advise you of the cost up front.
Online orders have no charges for UK mainland deliveries.
For bespoke labels we charge for a next-day delivery service via Fedex.
Our plate prices are well below the market average and we will always advise you of any plate costs at the quoting stage.
Our printing plates are typically between £40-£45, depending on the size of the labels. In exceptional circumstances, some plates may be more but you will be informed of this, should this be the case.
It is possible for us to print a sample of your label(s) prior to a full production run, directly off the press that will run the final job so that you can see exactly what you are going to get.

The online shop allows purchasing of stock items (hazard warning diamonds, shipping & handling labels, tactile labels, PAT labels and many more) in smaller quantities at a reduced rate. Most products are available from stock and are despatched for next day delivery.
For bespoke work, our turnaround is 5-7 working days from order/proof approval although it is sometimes possible to reduce this if labels are required urgently. (Please note that the lead-times may vary slightly if special materials or cutters are required).
The vast majority of our online shop stock is available straight off the shelf, and for orders placed before midday we can usually despatch them on a next working day delivery service.
All online orders will be delivered within 5 working days from receiving your payment and are sent using a 24hour delivery service (UK mainland only). Offshore and international delivery will take longer depending on the final destination.
If you wish to collect the order yourself, we will ensure your order is ready for collection within 5 working days from receiving your order. Once we have confirmed this you can collect from the factory between 9am – 3pm on Mon – Thurs, and 9am – 1pm on Fridays.
