Many of our customers have been inquiring about the effect of the Coronavirus on our supply chain and our delivery capabilities….

We have been in contact with our major suppliers and asked them to determine if any components of our products are sourced from China or other highly affected countries/regions. We have received no negative reports of potential disruption thus far.

We are able to state that the majority of components that make our products are sourced in Europe and North America and the UK.  The remaining small number of globally sourced components are currently available from multiple geographic regions and we are in regular contact with all suppliers to help minimize any disruptions to the supply chain.

We have not been made aware of any circumstance that would affect our raw material supply chains for the foreseeable future.

We have taken preventative measures in the factory and staff are being regularly briefed on best practice to help the situation.  Our reps are not visiting any customers at the moment and our suppliers have been asked not to visit our premises.

We will continue to monitor the situation and will update this statement if circumstances change or new information becomes available.
